Green in-ground box with damaged lid

Hello,

My neighbor has a in-ground Verizon box in their yard (about 10x10) and while mowing leaves today my lawnmower caught the lid. Is there a way to get a replacement? It's right next to the sidewalk and their walkway so do not want someone (lots of kids) to accidentally step on it and be injured.
