I have been dealing with a payment issue with Verizon Wireless since August, 2023. Finally a customer service rep submitted a ticket on October 23, 2023 regarding my issue. I never received a response. This is exceptionally frustrating….every time I speak to a customer service rep they are lovely and assure me they are looking into my issue and will escalate via ticket and keep an eye on my bill and be in contact with me …there has never been any follow up. I’m at a loss. Verizon owes me several hundred dollars since August. How to escalate this and get results
