I have a Samsung s21 ultra and I have had it where it doesn't ring and sends the person who called me straight to voicemail I don't receive any text messages and sometimes when this happens, I can't make any calls. I try to call and it just hangs up. Then when restart my phone all the texts and missed calls come in all at once. I noticed if the other user has an iPhone it happens more often when they try to call. I tried resting the network settings, getting a replacement phone, getting a replacement sim card, using a virtual sim card, using wifi calling, and every other troubleshooting steps.
