My apple music through verizon is under my old icloud account, which i can no longer access or get into at all and it will not let me change the account anywhere. i have tried everything, i have tried on and off for years with no luck. please how can i change the account through verizon? i have tried through apple, i have read other people with the same issues and tried all links and all help that was offered to them also. i just want to have apple music on my phone through my verizon account???

blackoutrip, we want to make sure you're able to access the perks and benefits on your account, including Apple Music. To clarify, what happens when you try to use your old iCloud account? What was the reason you're no longer able to access that account? I want to make sure we're on the same page, and that we have a clear understanding of what's going on.
