I was shocked to see that in my bill 40$ per month were added for perks for Apple that we never asked for. We realized it in couple of months as we have auto pay setup (big disadvantage as you put faith in verizon) that bill is increased. I called to get my refund back and answer I was given that it is already 3 months and it is customer responsibility to check their bill each month and call us back to get it fixed if something is wrong. After much begging, only 50% was refunded and not sure why other 50% which is 60$ is not returned back as it was clear verizon's mistake. I am so anoyed with these long calls and unnecessary charges. Still repenting on these auto-pay set up as I used to check bill every month before I pay
