Hi

I have a Samsung S20 plus 5G i bought it from a well known auction site my non verizon sim works for 10 min then cuts off and displays a message cant activate please contact verizon now ive checked there is no outstanding finance on it or any fraud not lost or stolen so why still locked ?

This policy applies to new and existing customers, postpaid and prepaid plans and customers porting their service to another carrier.
