I am having trouble with ACP discount. My application was approved by USAC and I have an active application id but it's not working on Verzion's website. I spoke to the customer service representative and also with the chat support but none of them were able to help. When I tried to use Verizon's website to apply for the discount, it said the information did not match. When I spoke to the representative they said either the application is not active or the information is not correct. I spoke to USAC and made sure all the information that I provided was correct. I even took a screenshot when I was filling up the ACP application and I am 100% sure that the info in USAC is accurate. I hope Verizon takes some steps to resolve my issue. I don't think a customer service representative would be able to help without escalating. Is there a way to send Verizon my USAC info via email so that they can match the info on their end?
