Why am I constantly getting the run around with this company. Ever since I added a line for my son I've been dealing with disputing random charges every month. They sent me a home internet I did not want. When I returned it they told me I didn't return it and would be charged. They finally found the return they lost and continued to charge me anyways. I've wasted 6+ hours speaking with customer service and even going to the store to resolve this issue. Finally they credit my account and said it must've been a glitch. Today I get a text that my bill is $244.44, but they can't explain as to why and say it's just a glitch. I have automatic payments. These glitches are out of control and should be a breach of contract!
