I was trying to look at a price a while back on a playstation 5 i clicked to continue the purchase but instead of asking for any other payment options it just automatically charged to my next bill , as soon as it was delivered i immediately returned it, the ps5 says it was delivered back to the store but i still have not been credited for a refund and i refuse to pay for something verizon lost and nobody is giving me any answers i really wouldn’t want to leave verizon considering this is my first problem but this is ridiculous
