Cannot download Verizon Cloud App for Windows

Hi! I Have signed up for Verizon Cloud because it was offered free when I got 5G Home Internet. I cannot get the Verizon Cloud app for Windows to download. I have tried multiple browsers on multiple Windows computers and it times out every single time. I have spent waaaaaaay to many hours on this. Can anyone help? This is the main link I have been using: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-78792/ I have used others as well that have all failed too. Is it something on my side? Is it the verizon website? It doesn't even seem like the download ever starts. There are no partial pieces in my download file. I think I am getting stuck trying to get to the download page. Typically this is the error I am seeing:

The connection has timed out

An error occurred during a connection to mediamanagerpc.vzw.com.

If anyone has any ideas, or if you can or cannot get to this download as well, please let me know. Thx much!

Overview:

User should first ensure that the Desktop app have permission in both the Firewall and Antivirus to send and receive data. Then, deselect all but one sync folder to allow the App to process a smaller data set from end to end to establish connectivity.

Use your My Verizon login credential, if you don't remember it, you can reset your My Verizon credential from the web portal or with the assistance of an agent. For the Desktop app. Please, clear cache and cookies from the web browser.

So... I have a follow-up... I went to someone else's house who DOES NOT have Verizon 5G home internet and it downloaded fine. I went back to my house that has the Verizon 5G home internet and it won't download.. Sooooo, that means to me that Verizon 5G Home Internet has some built-in firewall rules that prevents downloading from Verizon.. So the question is why? And is Verizon aware of this? I wasted sooooo many hours on this.

We can definitely submit this feedback in reference to the 5G Home Internet. Do you have the app on the computer you need? Does it need to be downloaded on any other computer?

Yes.. I was able to download it to other computers. But I could not use Verizon 5G home internet to do it. I had to use a hotspot that bypassed the 5g home internet. Makes no sense to me and I have had zero issues with any other websites. Something about using the Verizon page to download the app in conjunction with the 5G Home Internet
