Had to exchange for a new iPhone the exchange should be free or only like $10 instead of the normal $50 exchange fee. Nothing we did would get the iPhone to activate and every tech support person we spoke to would say “hmmmm wow I’ve never seen this before” kept getting an error that said “no inventory” or “iPhone is locked please contact previous carrier” even though it was a brand new iPhone purchased directly from Verizon. I spent hours on the phone and days waiting thinking they’d be able to fix it soon but the only thing that worked was a different iPhone.
