I placed an order for 2 Apple Watches, upgrading two gizmo watches. My first order took 6 hours to place over live chat. And when I received the package; all though the brown ups box was intact, the Apple Watch boxes themselves were torn and the watch faces missing out of both.
I contacted Verizon right away, they opened a ticket,, said they would send replacements. I contacted 3 days later, no replacements sent and I was refunded. They told me to reorder, waived some fees and waived the overnight shipping fee as well. This was Monday. It is now Friday, I have reached out every single day to figure out why the watches have not yet shipped (even with overnight shipping). My bank is going to cancel the pending charge as it expires today. What a complete failure of customer service and I will NEVER order another thing from Verizon online again.
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 18 years!!
