My phone and the rest of my families phones keep going to SOS. We are very frustrated with the poor service. We have had Verizon for many years but are considering changing service because it’s so bad.
We know it's important to have service you can rely on and we certainly don't want to see you go. When did you start seeing the SOS indicator on your phones? Is this happening at a particular location?
