Why give a customer no options but to leave Verizon. Bought best phone and plan while traveling USA. Home now 8 months. No signal. Opened a ticket. Closed next day. Called and called and called. Only help is to buy extender for 25 dollars a month. Got a sneaky salesman to get me to trade my 900 dollar phone for 800 dollar one. But now I find out I am paying for new phone as well every month and the 100 data plan can not be changed. I see no one really gets help here and why would they it's obvious Verizon does not care.
