Unfortunately, I along with multiple neighbors, have experienced over 10 hours without cell service from Verizon. We live in the #OklahomaCity metro area between Portland and Meridian and 23rd and 36th. A handful of us have been too the Verizon location on 63rd and MacArthur but have not been able to receive resolution. Our service status reads SOS. We have been told that it is SIM cards, which have been changed out without correction in service. We have also been told that it is particular devices. But each of us have a different device so that cannot be the answer. But we’ve now gone over 10 hours without cellular service. Luckily I can use Wi-Fi because I also have Wi-Fi at my house. Most of my neighbors are elderly and do not have Wi-Fi and heavily depend on their cellular service. So at this time they have no way to call or text family, friends, doctors, etc. They can only call 911.
