I live in Elmhurst (Queens), NY and my iPhone 12 Pro keeps dipping into SOS mode for hours at a time. This has never been a problem before. I went to the local Verizon store and they put in a physical SIM card, however it did not help. A customer service rep from Verizon also tried to fiddle with my network settings remotely. That also did not help....Please any suggestions!
