Long story i do apologize, but i need help or some kind of guidance please!!!
My fiancé had his son and myself on his verizon account. We got tired of the ridiculously high phone bill (200+) for 3 phones and horrible service after being a customer for 20+ years!!! His son was the first to switch and it gave us the idea to do so as well. His son told us about a transfer pin we had to get on our account for each device so went on the app and gave him his and a few days later my fiance chose a carrier and was able to do his cell phone as well. Now I'm the last phone on the account and I just found a service that works with my phone and Verizon will not allow me to login to the account with any info unless it's a guest login and then if I hit add account and put in my phone number it says account already has my Verizon so I try signing in on the app and it won't let me past the part where I have to verify zip code for account because I forgot my password. So I need help with #unlocking my phone and the #myverizonapplogin
