Ever since I was eligible, I have been trying to redeem the home offer of the Chromebook Go and Samsung Galaxy Buds. I have always received an error and have been unable to redeem. I tried on the Fios App, on my computer, on two different web browsers on my phone…this is crazy! Apparently I am not the only one with this issue. It’s really frustrating and makes me wonder if this is being done on purpose just so people change their service provider!
