I am having a terrible time with a new Verizon Fios account. I can't verify my phone number by text. No matter how many times I do it, it still says in the app/online that I need to verify. I can't call the customer service line because it detects that I don't have a Verizon phone number and auto-hangs up on me. No, I have a home Fios account, which I will be cancelling before service even starts if this continues. Please help me verify my number.
