Verizon’s ability to credit customers is out of control !! As of now I still can’t get them to credit my account properly since August. My monthly bills have been higher every month and there is no concern from Verizon’s customer support. Every time I call I get promises from supervisors and live customer support that gives you false information to get you off the phone. I have documented and recorded each notification about my bill and it is pathetic how they are handling these loyal customers and expecting customers to pay higher monthly bills for their mistakes and delays in bill adjustments.
They tell you that they will call you back, with a follow up, that never happens!!
They give false information on the status of your credit and that never happens when you ask them for it in writing!!
Every time you call they refer to “two billing cycles” credits in the next month bills that just delays the credit process. But they can add associated charges to the account within the same day.
I never experienced anything like this in my lifetime. This situation has been unbelievable !!
My next call is to the better business bureau being that this is not being resolved according.
