I traded in a device, associated with one of the lines, for which I am supposed to be getting a credit of $22.22 every month for 36 months. I received the credit for 2 months, and then the credit has stopped posting. The last statement credit was for the period Mar 12 - Apr 11. Could you please explain why I have stopped receiving the credit? The device that was traded-in had been paid off.
This seems to be a recurring issue with Verizon -- too many ?
