How long after setting up your internet were you able to see the tile to request the gift card? People are saying it takes 60 days, but that can't possibly be correct. I've been waiting two weeks now, and have seen no way to request the gift card.

Did you receive your tracking number? You are suppose to receive egift card within 24-48 hours after submitting your request for it. You will need to go to Verizon Wireless National Rewards Center to check your status.
It's impossible to get this gift card that sales promised. Sorry I switched to Fios.

I have also been unable to get my gift card despite hours on chat and phone calls…any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I’m in the same boat here. Have spent hours on the phone/chat with reps trying to get this sorted, including “escalating” the case all in the end to still get nothing. I’m afraid this may have been a bait & switch sales tactic. Any help here Verizon how to claim this?

We have been waiting three weeks. We were originally told 48 hours after activating, by the rep that came to our door. All I can say is we left Verizon years ago because of misrepresenting products. Can not help but think we are there again.

Please put me on the list of people who cannot redeem the $200 Amazon gift card. I've tried in the app, on a mobile browser, and on a desktop browser and none are working. In the app I get a message that says, "We're sorry. There was an error when adding $200 Amazon.com Gift Card promotion to your Verizon account. Please try again later." When I do it in the browser, I get, "The requested URL was not found in this server. Go to MyVerizon Home." When I try to chat with an agent about this particular topic, I also get an error message: "I'm sorry, but we're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again in a moment." For what it's worth, I've had to use Verizon assistance a lot in the past month and I only get this message when I ask about the Amazon gift card.
I was already able to redeem the Verizon gift card.
I'm incredibly frustrated after all the problems I had trying to get service set up with Verizon. Now this. I'm looking for help with this issue ASAP. This is clearly a widespread problem that Verizon has had well over a month to fix now. What is going on? Why is this still offered if you aren't able to deliver this to customers?
