I need to talk to a person. A live person. Not a robot that won't let me through. I don't know how to connect this message so it shows who I am or what my account is. I'm just having bad luck and confusion all the way around. Please someone help?
I have the same problem, and can't get through to anyone. As was said prior, I can't get through to financial services because the robot babysitter won't let me through! I have wasted over a half an hour so far looking for a way, and still can't get through because of the robotic babysitter. I need to talk to someone asap, or I can't work. I need my phone to connect. Help??!! ASAP???
