tree surrounded by verizon wires and cables

I have a tree with two branches overhanging my garage but the tree service is reluctant to touch the tree because it is surrounded by two levels of cabling which are also attached to the utility pole right next to the tree. Service for a long swath of the neighborhood passes along the side of my garage. The power wires are above the tree but all these other service wires are below the tree and intruding on the tree itself.
