For most of November service in the Waco market has been HORRIBLE. Not even straight up phone signal much of the time. Being that I pay for unlimited talk, text, and data I'm a bit miffed. The "Customer Service rep" was useless kept trying to troubleshoot my phone. Phones fine works great on wifi and in small areas of Waco. Ready to default on these guys and go elsewhere for service.
