I have a Galaxy Note 10+
I went to 3 different Verizon stores including the one I purchased my phone from, spent hours and they are baffled trying to get rid of the notification. 5 different people tried to fix the issue. Phone is activated and works fine. I guess it doesn't think it is and is trying to activate continuously . After it can't, the notification then says: "phone not activated". Like I said, phone is activated and works fine.
If they cannot fix the issue soon, I will be forced to use my insurance and get a new phone because my old phone accidentally hit a brick wall. I am not wasting anymore time.
