I received an email on 11/17/23 telling me to redeem an exclusive home offer (either Amazon echo, $200 Amazon gift card or Xbox one s). I went to try and redeem it, then got an error and now it no longer shows. I’ve spoke to several Verizon representatives who keep escalating the issue and saying wait 48 hrs. But after waiting the 48 hrs each time nothing is fixed and I can’t redeem. I only have 60 days to redeem.. This is starting to make me lose trust in Verizon.
