xbox gamepass ultimate on +play

I'm trying to activate the Xbox Gamepass Ultimate subscription via +Play, but when I click activate, it just brings me to this blank page. I have tried on both mobile and desktop browser and I keep getting the same page. What's the point of offering these services if we can't even use them?

I’ve discovered a simple solution after fiddling with the webpage myself. Had the same issue. Anyway, click on the activate link on Verizon website.. it should redirect you to that same page of the screenshot that you shared.

Highlight the URL portion of that link, copy the 25 characters at the end of the link(they’re in all caps btw), and then delete the last part of the link.

Your link should look like this without the extra characters..

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem

This link will allow you to manually enter that 25 digit character. Again.. the 25 digit character or redeem code is all caps at the very end of the Verizon redirect link.
