so all of a sudden one day all my DVR recordings had disappeared tech-support over the phone tried to correct the phone problem with no luck so they sent me a new box. Actually, I picked it up at Verizon store. I installed and The TV in the den now works, although I could not save my DVR recordings. The problem is that I have since we replaced that box the three other televisions in my house don’t work On two of them it will not pair the remotes that I have been using on them for years. The third one the remote works but I cannot watch, live TV. All of this occurred after I replaced my box in the den, While, the people I spoke to on tech-support were very friendly and tried their best they could not solve my problems after two hours really cannot spend another two or three hours on the phone and I would like to have a technician come to the house, and I really don’t want to get charged as this whole thing started with a failure of one of Verizon’s boxes I hope we can resolve this problem at cost to myself, seeing as it was a failure of their equipment.
