Called with a billing issue. Was over charged a second month extra charges. Called customer service to get corrected and got additude and smartbut commit from customer service. Just telling me the dates my account was billed. Like I can't read a statement, and continued to correct me on how I didn't know how and when I paid. I have had a 4 to 6 line account for close to 18years with this company running $400 to $500 or more a month. I call with a issue and get a smartbut with no people skills. I'll buy a Walmart pre-pay phone before I keep dealing with this. Calling Mint Service tomorrow and start shopping!!!
