I got the free Amazon gift card and free Xbox deal for cyber Monday. I got the gift card but I cannot redeem the Xbox and I have called and chatted 10-15 times in the last week each person gives me a different answer or excuse with no resolution.
We're sorry about the issues you're having with your Xbox redemption. There's a known issue with the redemption of those Xbox Series S that's being worked on. There's a planned fix coming on 12/13/23 and after that you'll be able to redeem.

They told me I just got my equipment set up today activated said once it updates to complete or whatever I could redeem it today
 
So I messaged back and they said just wait until morning and check again go from there
 so we'll see later or in morning if it shows up
