Identity verification On Order

I just made an order online and thought everything was going good when an email came in. This email asked me to provide identity documents to verify my identity and take my order off hold. Well I attempted to do so on three different browsers(Firefox,chrome and edge). It never got any further than front of myID being scanned. It just said::

Thank you, your document has been successfully uploaded

.It never asked for a back id scan or anything else nor did it let me.kniw I was done. I reached out via chat and ended up getting cut off.

I am hoping to be able to find out if this is all that's needed the front of my ID or if there is an easier option that works...

Now the link is invalid. I tried several times to send my id. Is there a way I can email it to the fraud department!

I've read the horror stories on here about dealing with fraud dept and don't wanna go thru the same.

I’m dealing with the same thing I’m a today new customer I made a deposit for my purchase over the phone everything was confirmed only to find out I was being flagged for fraud this is outrageous because why is it flagging me after I paid? I would like my money back I will take my business to cricket i was hopeful only to be let down. Thanks but no thanks Verizon.

Yes. Same here. I sent over everything that was needed. They asked for my license, and selfie photo of myself, and proof of my busniess. Which all was sent and still they couldn't validate my identity. It's frustrating cause the validation dept was so rude and nasty. Telling me nothing they can do and can't discuss the matter without any reasoning. I filed a complaint to BBB to get this issue resolved. Makes it seem like I'm not the person who I'm supposed to be. Also it makes me feel my identity is compromised.
