I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus, and my internet service is terrible. From what I have just read (and verified on my phone), switching to LTE is not an option. We live in the country, so we don't even have any 5G towers near us. Why has swtiching networks been taken away? Why is 5G being forced on us? Are there any solutions to this? Or do I need to return this phone? Or get a different provider?
