Nothing but problems with grainy blurry photos since day 1. Tried everything suggested on other threads. A tremendous amount of users experiencing the same thing. So very disappointing as this purchase was an upgrade just for the hype given to the camera. I’m thinking these phones are defective and need to know the next step. Quite an investment just to not use. I’ve started taking my large Canon camera with me to capture moments with my grands. Please someone help. If you’re thinking of purchasing a pro max15 I highly recommend you do not!
