Set up error

Hi,

I am trying to set up the receiver but there are no written instructions and the link and QR code only result in an error in the app. I have the latest updates in iOS and the app. I’m on the verge of sending this back.

is there another way to get set up instructions or is this how things go with this “service”?

It runs through everything, and steps have links to video demos of each step as well. It lets you know what to do prior to the QR code step. I'm confident this will help you get things installed and working so you can enjoy the 5G Home.
