I signed up for a new Fios account for home internet three weeks ago. I was informed the account was on hold, so I talked with an agent who assured me they fixed the problem. Then I received a second email it was on hold, so I talked to another agent who assured me it was fixed. And then the third email arrived. The third agent I talked to agreed there was a serious problem and said she did not know what to do. But she said she would find out and call me back. Never did. It's been three weeks. I have no clue what to do....
