When I am on the phone with a certain person all of the sudden the call will disconnect and it will say, "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. We're sorry, the number you have dialed has calling restrictions that prevented the completion of your call." It happens quite often every time we are on the phone. Why would this be happening?
