Is it expected that my account number shows three different ways depending on where I look? In the Account Overview, it's a 15-digit number. On the paper or PDF bill, it's a 16-digit number. And most frustratingly, the e-bill shows the last 7 digits that end at the 14th digit. This has led me to confuse it with my Verizon Wireless e-bill and pay the wrong one by mistake. I'm more careful now, but it sure would be nice if they could (1) put Verizon Communications on the bill instead of just Verizon, and (2) put the actual last 7 digits of the account on the bill. (Or, heaven forbid, actually send one bill for mobile and Fios.)
