Last night my wife's computer, which is above me by 12-15 feet in a wood frame house, was bothering her. I ran the test and had Device at less than 90 speeds. I told her to reboot and the speeds more than tripled. Last night I cleared cache, a Trojan using Kaspersky, and other things. I ran the scan overnight and no threats. At 9:30 a.m. I would not expect Device speeds to be download of 69 and upload of 8.
