I switched to Verizon roughly six years ago from another service carrier. I live and work in the Houston area. Over the past year my service has consistently deteriorated. In my house I have 1 bar, while at work (Pasadena) I would have no coverage if we didn't have Wi-Fi. Also at my beauty salon and the Veterans Affairs office in Texas City, zero service. When I visit my friends house in League City also zero service. I'll go ahead and answer this question there's nothing wrong with my phone unless Verizon sold me a defective phone, I just bought a new phone at the end of June beginning of July of this year. I have also called the customer service office in reference to the lack of service issue, the situation still has not been resolved.
Is something happening with Verizon coverage area in and around Houston? It's not doing very well.
