How to delete devices from Cloud

How do I delete old devices that I don't even own anymore from my Cloud? In the "manage all content" it shows 2 old phones and 3 old desktop computers that I don't have anymore along with all the backed up data on them. How do I delete these devices?

ENCHANTED2 We can provide some assistance with this question. Where are you accessing your cloud? Does it show these devices as active? ~Peter

I am accessing on the Verizon Cloud app on my desktop. I do not know if the old devices are showing as active because there is no way to see that on the app. There are 2 old phones along with 2 old desktop computers showing as well as "VZCloudSync" with a last update of 5-17-2017. How do I delete these?

ENCHANTED2, thanks for clarifying those details. There's a couple of things to be done to manage users/content via the Desktop App. First, here's a link to the steps to manage users if you're using a shared VZ Cloud: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-236004/

If that doesn't help, then the best way to remove items are by managing content, which can be found here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-303182/

Using those instructions you can then manage your files and remove items you no longer need or download items you want to keep on the computer itself, but remove from VZ Cloud storage. I'd recommend using that to help clear out the old content.

Thanks for all that. I did read through all the information and I still did not find how to DELETE DEVICES from my account. I'm not referring to deleting content and/or files and/or folders. I'm referring to deleting DEVICES. Is there no way to do that?
