When I seen the deal, I had talked to someone on the live chat to see if I could get the deal even though I was already an existing 5G home customer for over a year. They said no, but said I could cancel my current one and order the 5G home plus. I kept asking over and over to get reassured that it was going to be the online deal for all 3 and not just the ones that were one or the other. They reassured me over and over that was the correct one. They put the order through for the 5G home plus to my local store, went and picked it up and got home and set it up. Canceled and unplugged the 5G home I had so I can send it back. Next day, I got the tile on the MyVerizon app to redeem the $200 Amazon GC, and received the email today with the card. Still nothing about the Xbox nor the Verizon card. For the last couple days been given the run around over and over by Verizon over live chat and over the phone and keep getting told either that the deal is either or and then some Verizon live agents were saying that I have gotten the correct deal. So now I don’t know what deal I was even given especially because there’s no way they told me that I could get 100% confirmation in like an email that I was for sure getting the deal I wanted. But I’m so afraid they’re just lying and that the only one I got was the Amazon GC. Especially since I know people who were able to redeem the Xbox and all that immediately after activation. Can someone please help me and figure out why the heck I’m not getting any “tile” or email to redeem the Xbox nor the Verizon GC. Only canceled and reordered the internet purely just for the Xbox. I have never had such problems with any other company then I have currently with this issue. Why offer deals if you won’t honor them. I am so frustrated and irritated and fed up with the run arounds from Verizon between going into the store, live chat and phone calls.
