XBox not shipping

I was finally able to claim my XBox offer from Cyber Monday but now it won't ship. The order says it was supposed to have shipped on 12/15 with a 2 day 8PM shipping. I was hoping to give this as a gift for Christmas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My Xbox says delayed shipping I ordered on the 17th

Mine is delayed too. And they gave me the run around if I never called or messaged a rep it would’ve never shown up on my tiles.. mine was supposed to be next day and now I’m stuck on delayed
