Trouble Activating ESPN+

As part of my Verizon plan, I have the free Disney bundle which is Disney Plus Hulu Plus and ESPN Plus. I was able to activate Disney plus and Hulu Plus but when I try to activate ESPN Plus it tells me that I need to pick a provider. It provides a list of literally hundreds of providers, but I don't have a TV provider so I can't get past the screen. What do I do?
