Purchased a phone on 9/24/23 for line that qualified for a $830 promotion credit as explained by Verizon associates Max and Rex the day of purchased. That line was under the Play More 5G start plan. I was explained that this plan qualified. Now I’m being told that that promotion is not valid. That I have to upgrade my plan in order for Verizon to honor its original promotion. I want my promotion to be honored as it was presented to me. Please go back and listen to the recordings to listen to the associates conversations confirming that that promotion applied.
I have since then called several times (10/1, 10/25, 11/8, more) where I was also explain that promotion was correct by Verizon associates Dean, Angel, Maggie. I have submitted a BBB complaint and a AAA claim. I have the promotion stating my plan was part of the promotion.

There is also $50 fee that was supposed to be credited according to Rex (9/24) and a loyalty monthly discount $25 submitted by Ren on 9/4 that have not been applied.
