My new service came with an offer of a $50 gift card after 60 days of service; I received an email on time asking me to register which resulted in a message that I would receive an email within 48 hours with the gift card. It's been four days and I haven't gotten anything yet my account shows the offer as redeemed.
I see many people are having trouble receiving promotional offers they were promised so I'm not waiting any longer without asking for answers.
