Hi, I recently moved back home to Australia after being a US resident for many years. I have received a bill, which I’m confused by because I’m sure I ended my mobile service using the app before I left. I also confirmed the disconnection via customer service chat. I cannot find a confirmation email. I also cannot log in to My Verizon to figure it out because I’m overseas. My password doesn’t work and the recovery options aren’t available to me, it keeps trying to send a pin to my disconnected number. What is the best way to resolve this? Thank you
