Been with Verizon for decades…. Just asked about upgrading my 4 lines to take advantage of the “Free iPhone” deals they’re offering for new customers and added lines. Was told I couldn’t get any of those deals but I could pay for the news phones! Hey thanks Verizon….. did I mention I’ve been a customer for decades and have spent tens of thousands of $$$$$? Oh yes I did and was told the targeted offer for me was an older model iPhone and I’d have the privilege of paying $5/month for them.
Seems that it is time to move on. At this point I’ll give my $$$$ to some other company just on the principle of the issue.
