i don't know if my other post went through or not so sorry if this is spam, but my phone won't charge, and i can't log onto myverizon account, to try to get a new phone, or get something fixed, because i know it is not the charger since i tried multiple, and i am not able to go to a store at this moment to get it fixed, i just need to be able to reach out to customer support in someway to see if i can get some help, i would really appreciate it if possible.
