I have an existing Verizon FiOS account for Internet only and a MyVerizon account for it using my Gmail address. I just had FiOS Internet, TV, and phone set up for my mom's home. I contacted Verizon, who said they can not merge the two accounts under my MyVerizon account. I then tried to set up a second MyVerizon account for mom's services, but it won't let me because my Gmail address is already in use. Has anyone encountered this and found a resolution?
